Understanding and Developing Indirect Rates

Who should attend? 

Organizations with less than three years in business or no government contracting experience.

 We will be discussing direct and indirect rates, along with their definitions, and the allocation of indirect expenses. Contracts that affect the use of indirect rates will also be discussed. A major section will be the FAR Part 31, which covers contract cost principles and procedures; common rates to include fringe, overhead, and G&A, and how to achieve full cost recovery.

The seminar will be presented by John Carpenter.
