In this session, you will learn how to develop a strategy for winning proposals through SWOT analysis, the capture process, and development of compliant proposal content plans.
The presenter is Ms. Linda Cramer, the President and Owner of Q10 Government Contracting, a full-service proposal development center located in Norfolk.
