The Tidewater Association of Service Contractors (TASC) and Tidewater Government/Industry Council (TGIC) provide value to Industry and Government, through improved communications, cooperation and consultation in an ongoing series of meetings and training events. The initial 2019 Reverse Industry Day, a forum for Industry to present its perspectives to the government workforce so they can better understand what Industry is doing through the course of the Acquisition Timeline. The inaugural 2019 RID “What Is Industry Doing and What Can Industry Learn and Contribute During Government Market Research and Acquisition Planning Activities” will provide an industry panel representing the full spectrum of government contractors presents their reactions to, experiences with and insights regarding the critical initial phase of an acquisition.
